Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited on the SEEKORI platform. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud or deception — using the Service to deceive, scam, or defraud anyone, or to create misleading or fraudulent content.
- Malware — uploading, distributing, or facilitating viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Phishing — impersonating others or attempting to obtain credentials, payment details, or sensitive information by deception.
- Copyright and IP infringement — using content you do not have the right to use, or generating materials that infringe others' rights.
- Illegal content — content that is unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, violence, exploitation, or harm.
- Spam — bulk, repetitive, or unsolicited messaging, or manipulation of community or platform features.
- Unauthorized scraping — scraping, crawling, or harvesting the Service or other users' data without authorization, or bypassing rate limits and access controls.
- Abuse of AI services — attempting to evade safety controls, generate prohibited content, reverse engineer models, or use AI features to produce harmful, deceptive, or infringing output.
2. Protecting Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not circumvent usage limits, quotas, billing, or security measures.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
3. Third-Party Platform Compliance
When you publish to connected platforms (such as YouTube), you must comply with their terms and policies. Content that violates a destination platform’s rules may be rejected, removed, or result in action against your accounts.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. Report suspected abuse to support@seekori.com.
