Copyright Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Mind2Market Group LLC respects intellectual-property rights and expects users of SEEKORI to do the same. This policy describes ownership and how we handle copyright-infringement claims, including under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Ownership of the Platform
The SEEKORI platform — including its software, source code, design, user interface, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Mind2Market Group LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited license to use the Service described in our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership of User Uploads
You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for everything you upload and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant us the license described in our Terms to host and process your content so we can provide the Service.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI may not be eligible for copyright protection in the same way as human-authored works, and similar prompts may produce similar results for different users. You are responsible for ensuring that your final, published materials do not infringe third-party rights. See our AI Usage Disclosure.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as a URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
5. DMCA Process & Counter-Notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who provided it. If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate U.S. federal court. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA if the original complainant does not pursue a court action.
6. Repeat-Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
7. Designated Agent & Contact
