Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions to SEEKORI are billed and the circumstances under which refunds may be available. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance (for example, monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for the plan fee and any applicable taxes for each billing cycle until you cancel.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may send renewal reminders where required, but it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access to paid features until then.

4. Refund Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused AI or rendering quotas. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds or credits in specific cases (for example, a confirmed billing error or extended service outage). Consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. We may suspend or downgrade your access to paid features until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failures may result in cancellation of your subscription. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

6. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties. Where we are required to collect them, they will be added to your charges. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase other than taxes based on our net income.

7. Price Changes

We may change plan prices and features. For active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes, which will take effect on your next renewal. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
