Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mind2Market Group LLC (“SEEKORI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the SEEKORI website and web application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information received from third parties you connect to your account. The categories below describe what we may collect.
2. Personal Information
When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password credentials, profile photo, role, and communications you send to us. We use this information to create and secure your account, provide support, and send service-related and (where permitted) marketing messages.
3. Business Information (Business DNA)
The Service is designed for businesses. To generate marketing materials, you may provide details about your business — such as company name, industry, brand colors, logo, target audience, goals, services, locations, and other “Business DNA.” We use this information solely to operate the Service for you, including generating strategy, scripts, videos, and related assets.
4. Uploaded Files & AI-Generated Data
Uploaded files
You may upload images, logos, audio, text, and other files. We store and process these to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use any content you provide.
AI-generated data
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as strategies, scripts, storyboards, motion graphics, voiceovers, music selections, thumbnails, and titles and descriptions. We retain your prompts, inputs, generated outputs, version history, and related metadata so you can review, edit, restore, and improve your results. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to operate and improve the Service, consistent with this Policy and our agreements with our AI providers.
5. Payment Information
Paid plans are processed by our third-party payment processor. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by the processor and are not stored on our servers. We receive limited billing information — such as plan, billing status, the last four digits of a card, and transaction identifiers — needed to manage your subscription.
7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the Service, which may include cloud hosting and databases, authentication, AI model providers, media rendering, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and only as needed to perform their functions.
Google integrations
If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account, we receive basic profile and authentication information you authorize. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the minimum scopes necessary and do not use Google user data for advertising.
YouTube integrations
If you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize us to access and use the YouTube API Services to help you schedule and publish approved videos and to retrieve performance analytics. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google and YouTube data. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account security settings or by disconnecting the channel in the Service. We store OAuth tokens in encrypted form and request the minimum scopes required.
8. How We Use Information

- Generate, store, and improve the marketing materials you request.
- Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our terms.

- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. You can update most account information in the Service or contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
GDPR (European Economic Area, UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal data under lawful bases including performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
CCPA/CPRA (California)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access and deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You may exercise these rights using the contact details below, and you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
12. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security Policy for more, including how to report a vulnerability.
15. Florida Information Protection Act & Breach Notification
As a Florida company, Mind2Market Group LLC maintains reasonable measures to protect personal information and follows applicable breach-notification requirements, including the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA), Section 501.171, Florida Statutes. In the event of a security breach affecting personal information that triggers notification obligations, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs and others, within the timeframes and in the manner required by FIPA and any other applicable state or federal law. We will also dispose of records containing personal information in a manner consistent with applicable law.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
